R+M were married in the Anderson Theater at The Henry Ford. a large, romantic arch was center-stage, literally, for this unique ceremony.

the party continued into the main museum at The Henry Ford. guests were invited to dance the night away right under an original Douglas DC-3 airplane (circa 1939!). the museum’s massive Christmas tree was still displayed and served as an impressive backdrop for the sweetheart table.

guests were able to roam the museum at their leisure during the reception and explore the collections. the bride made her own quilt for guests to sign in lieu of the traditional book format. to keep everyone coming back for more there was a Faygo float station, a cream-puff station and a pretzel stick bar.
